TORC 2011 Coverage!!!

Thats right. Im finally getting around to posting my pics from the 16th anual Toyota fest!!! :D

As usual it was an awesome time. It started friday, I headed down to Casey's in Hawthorne. Got there around 6 or so. Partied all night, passed out around 12 or 1? I really dont remember much from that night. Hahahaha. But I know it was a good time :P

Anyway we woke up at like 4AM, Todd and the NorCal crew was already there, and I guess they got there around 1AM and I was too dead to notice, haha. But we cleaned up, and headed out around 5:30 or something like that. I was riding shotgun with Shawn in the PW 1st gen. Tried to get a few rolling shots on the way, but not many turned out good. Lol

We all got to the show a little before 6. Got parked and settled, checked in, and all that good stuff. Then it was time to park cars. HFD was in charge of parking 30 cars right behind where we were parked. So I helped with that for like an hour or soo, then when things died down the crew started detailing there cars and gettin ready for the show to start.

We later found out that all show entries get a free tour of the Queen Marry. By tour I mean u get to go on the boat and get ur self TOTALLY lost, which is exactally what Mark and I did :D

People were getting ready to leave. Dennis tapped up his car, gettin ready for the long drive back to NorCal.

Then we finally rolled out and a few of us (Ryan, Shawn, Joe, Todd, and the rest of the NorCal crew) decided we were hungry and hit up Wing Stop. Tried to get a rolling shot of Joe's car haha

So we couldnt find parking, and decided to go into a parking garage down the street from Wing Stop. So were about to roll in. And Ryans in front, he goes in and the bike on his roof hits the height limit sign. And he keeps driving because he couldnt stop and block traffic. So he went a little further and the bike hit the cement beams and ended up pushing down on the rack and dented the roof :(

And thats the end! Went back to Casey's, partied some more and went back home the next day.

It was an awesome time, I'd like to thank everyone that came out. The day was a great sucess, met some new people and hung out with some old friends. Its been a while since I've chilled with all the homies haha. People started showing up and like two hours into it I realized I should be taking some pics haha.

But first we had to lead Carl back to the school where he parks his Camaro since he didnt have headlights he needed to basically tailgate us the whole way haha. John was crowned the HFD cheff and I left him in charge of the grille. That Carne Asada turned out SOOO damn good too, thumbs up John!

Ryan, John, the 2 new guys in the TCM (im really sorry guys i forgot ur names hahaha) and Carl were the last guys there, we finished work around 11:30 and they helped me clean the place up and I think everyone left around 12am. It was an awesome time, tanks guys for helpin clean up too it was really a chore haha.

Hopefuly we can get another one of these together soon either at my place, or someone elses. It was an awesome time, It always is when you get so many chill people together, and so many nice cars to play with.

I know I havent posted anything new in a while but this was big news to me and thought I'd share it.

Rusty, to me one of the most iconic cars around, and the most innovated BMW I've seen, he not only pushed the boundries he set new standards that no one dared to reach for. I have nothing but respect for this car. I only wish I could have seen it in person before this happened. :(

Well whats up guys. I know its been forever. So much going on in my life right now. hahaha

Before I start rambiling on heres a random song

Anyway on to life. Well I got a "job" at a body shop a friend owns, its also the shop my xB has been at for like 6 months, so its cool to be able to work on it. And im learning a lot there, its more of an apprentieceship then a job really. haha so thats cool.

speaking of the xB its actually gettin somewhere now. Lots of big plans, and its cool to see em comming together. Its still a long ways from done, but just seeing progress is exciting. Im stoked to see it all finished. It will be done and debued at TORC. The only thing im not sure i'll have by then is wheels. which would kinda suck but what ever i'll pull something out for the show :D

Ummm what else. I moved. hahaha no more living in the middle of no where. I live in palmdale/quartz hill now. Yeee its soo much better im like way closer to everything and its awesome. And the garage is bigger, which is awesome. more tools and more awesome :D and it has a pool and a big back yard. I'll get some pics of the house and stuff and post em eventually :)

Uhhh well tonight i got the wifi set up in the house so i have real internet access now, so thats good. got a new cam too so i can actually take pics and cool stuff :)

Uhhhh the S13 is gettin worked on at my school, gettin ready to get painted. Then hopefuly an enging swap over the summer. HEhehehehe more power >=D I still cant decide on a color tho, so i guess that'll come to me someday outta now where....or something ahah

anyway thats whats going on in my life right now i guess. lol. uhhhhhh yea pretty much.

Some New Stuff for the S13

Alright its been a while since i've updated ya'll on my little missle project. Lol. Anyway a while ago I picked up a S14 VLSD and a 3" straight pipe. Here's some pics on the instalation of those 2.

Now on to today. Ok well first a little story. lol. A while ago. Like before the diff and exhaust. I tried to hook up my powersteering, since the car is SUPER hard to turn no matter what speed ur going, and almost impossible to countersteer durring a drift. (learned that the hard way haha) anyway while hookin it up i cross threaded a peice of one of the lines and i couldnt fix it now matter how many different tools, methods or anything i tried.

Then after that i bought a universial hose from autozone and bent it to fit and it ended up not working at all and just leaking all over the place. (this was a week ago) so i bought another stock peice from someone on zilvia and my goal today was to install it.

Better pics of the exhaust and diff. I will be getting a sound clip of this soon, because it really does sound super bad ass. It has some sort of nissan resignator welded in so its not really raspy, just super deap and loud and well bad ass. haha

Oh! And on the last day of school i was talkin to one of the teachers and they said that one of the lame honda's that had been sitting at the school for like 2 years was getting towed to a yard soon and i could take anything i wanted off of it. And this awesome spoiler cought my attention. So i threw it in the back of the jeep and decided a test fit had to happen. and to my suprize the spoiler fit better then i could have ever imagined!

Pretty sweet for free yea? Anyway it will go on the car after the body work is done, and its either primered or painted. lol. Hopefully that wont be too far away. It all depends on if i can get the autobody class i need. Alright well now ur all up to date with my s13. Hopefully i will get some more cash soon and be able to buy more parts or maybe do more body work on it. lol. anyway thanks for reading :D

Ok im back again. hahah. Here's some coverage from autocon. Over all it was a freakin awesome weekend. I went down to ryans friday night and stayed till sunday. Had lots of fun, was a really good time. Didnt take that many pics (well actually i took like 160, but none of them turned out good cuz i was shooting with my lame cam since i had to give james back haha) Anyway, Autocon was a really sweet show and deff something different. It was a super cool atmosphere, being the whole underground feel. Fast and the furious status. hahaha. On top of that there were tons of sick cars, hot chicks, and good music. I would like to see more shows like this, because i think everyone really enjoyed it. Anyway on to the pics.

Scion Nights at Knotts Scary Farm 10-26-10

Had an awesome time Tuesday. Big thanks to Scion, Knotts, my HFD homies and everyone else out there.

Anyway on to pics and such. Got to use James Cannon Rebel super baller cam, so i have wayyy cooler pics :D

Alright, so i got up super early at like 6am, left around 7, got to ryans at like 8...cause he told me to. haha. So I get there and we wait for Tibo and his sister to get ready and leave about 8:30. Show up at wallmart around 9ish walk around wallmart for a while cuz we needed to buy toys, and breakfast at McDonalds. LOL. So we finally leave around 9:30. Get to Irwindale close to 10, sit there till 12 (i took pics there but there on my other cam and im lazy so yea haha) anyway.

Sanding Away

Got bored with the s13, so I started to fix some of the dents and little things in the car. Idk why seeing as the goal is to drift it into objects like a wall, or another car. LOL JK.

This was after i had been saiding for a while and spread the first coat of bondo. lol

Started sanding the rear bumper too since its all kinda messed up. haha

After more sading

Second or third coat of bondo on this spot. (there all super thin coats)

Started on this fender since it was the worst paint wise. Luckliy it only has like 1 or 2 little dings on it

Started walking around the car lookin for high or low spots. First high spot I found in the passenger door.

And somewhere in there, I flushed the radiator, and got my Fujita filter to fit. lol. But for some reason when I pulled it out of the driveway, or tried, it wouldnt stay running. Starts fine, drives fine, but if u let off the gas it wont idle, it just dies. I havent had a chance to even pop the hood. I'll have to check into it tomorrow. Hopefuly its something simple and it'll be up and running as it was. On a better note I dropped off the paper work for my smog today, so thats on its way to being done. Car should legaly be on the streets next week! :D

After over an hour of struggeling I finally got the dash in, and it took another half hour or soo to get all the bolt holes lined up.

After all that, I took it for a livley test drive, and wow that car is a lot of fun. hahaha

Just Checkin' In

Yep I'm still alive. Hahaha. I know its been a while since my last post, but I've been busy, and havent really had a car to blog about. Lol. I finally got the S13 back from my mechanic friend, after like 2 months of it sitting there, waiting for parts, work, and other things. But its home now, and runs great. The idle is perfect, it has lots more throttle, and no more exhaust leaks. Hahah.

Anyway, after its arival back home, I didnt hesitate to start tearing it apart. The goal was to change the messed up power windows with awesome manual windows. As well as do a few other small things.

Pulled the door pannel off and got started

Wiring's out, now its time to do something about all that nasty glue

After about an hour of scraping at the glue with a steel brush, and WD40 I got it all off. Im super happy with the way it turned out, it looks way cleaner.

New assembly is in. Took the tint off the window too since none of the other ones are tinted. haha

Wanted to install my new filter next. I got a sweet Fujita to replace the cheap broken no name one that was on there. lol

But...It didnt fit. I'll pick up a new MAF adapter plate monday with the right size inlet

Then I threw my awesome new front lip on. I took this off a shop car at school they were gunna cut up. It was an 80's Buick Somer Set. hahaha.

It actually fits really good, I just wish I didnt saw off the sides so much.

Then I went out and washed the car since it was super dirty from sitting in a dirt parking lot, in the rain forever.

Open diff FTL it took some convincing to get the car out of the garage with out tearing off my awesome front lip

Then it was time to start on the passengers side.

Got bored and threw the new seat belt in

I got the window, and tracks out, as I was trying to get the wiring out, I realized I couldnt unplug it and pull it out like I did on the drivers side. So after some thought I pulled the dash out. haha

I figured since the dash was out might as well start pulling out the rest of the a/c and heater components. I took out like 3 or 4 of the air ducts.

How it sits now. I'll atempt to finish it up tomorrow.

Glad to be back on the blog, sorry for not updating in a while (like anyone reads this) But I'll try to be posting more often now that I have a car to work on. haha

Went and checked out a Camo box today. 05 67k miles 5spd clean title 7800 bucks. pretty good deal and really clean car. on to the pics :D

So I really like this car, and consider it a potential. But the thing is, the car was owned by a dealership, then the guy that owns it now, it just driving it, but its still under the dealers name (his brother got him the car cuz he works at the dealers) but because of that I have to pay 9.3% sales tax bringing the total to like 8700. which is out of my budjet. But Im still considering it.

Random Stuff

Well, went and looked at a xB today. car was a 05 PW, 57k miles, 5spd, pretty clean. But after lookin at it there were some things I wasnt down with. On top of that the dudes story was hella shady, he's tellin me the car isnt regged under his name because hes only had the car for like a month or something, car dosent have tags because they wouldnt give them to him 'cause he dosent have insurance. So the car is regged under the original owner still, and has no tags. wtf? Lol. Anyway, on to pics.

Most of the car was clean, with the exception of the engine bay, and anyone who knows me, knows I HATE a dirty engine bay. haha

One of the biggest things I didnt like was the carbon hatch. It didnt close right, he had to try 3 times before it closed, and I just dont like carbon. haha

Also it has the JDM bB bumper cover. Nice right? Well underneath it was the OEM bumper cover, you know, the black one? Well that was painted over with white paint...Which leads me to believe the car was in a fender bender. So the hatch was replaced with a cheaper carbon hatch, then the bumper wasnt done correctly at all. The paint on the OEM vinyl bumper cover, wont last at all. Paint isnt made to stick to vinyl. haha.

That small scratch, or dent on the door sill also bugged me. haha

Interior looked decent, some scratches on the kick pannels, and the little tray above the glove box. I wanted the H/U though. It was like the 08 dealer option one, with some cool features.

Whats an xB without rock chips?! Hahaha. Ok I'm fine with rock chips, really. But rock chips that went to bare metal then rusted? No...haha

After that I ended up going to Julians to help him and Beto install some goodies. haha

YUP! Went to the body shop and started pullin parts off the car. haha

Alberto and Julian called me around 11:30 while I was at work and said "were here, gunna start on the car" hahaha i was like wow thats early. Sure enough before i gotta outta work they were done with everything. i was blown away. haha. but they waited long enough for me to show up and say hi :D And thank them for there help. Matt and i started to take my tails off when i realized one of mine was chipped, and said whatever i can tint another set. haha. then he gave me his cuz he didnt want them. score. :D so we took the intake off and i hacked the exhaust tips off. Then matt wanted to switch rear drivers windows because his wasnt "toyota" and hes a perfectionist like that. (woulda bugged me too haha) so we did that, and pulled all the sub/amp wirring out too. Matt and i switched a few little parts somewhere in there as well. haha. Then we loaded up my car (well my moms haha) and left my car all alone. FOREVER!!! haa

Then got a call from JC saying Mark had 2 blow outs, and needed tires asap cuz he was starnded. This worked out great cuz I had my steelies in the back seat. So I went and picked up JC and we headed out to Hollywood where Mark was.

Saw this on the way, had to take pics. Best part, the guys in it thought i liked it. I gave them a thumbs up and a quick SMH after he reved it. LOL! It had no exhaust...fail. lol.

So last night I was in an accident, I was with ryan and jc, were going to the movies. I was turning left on to the 210, and got hit by this chick in a gay ford van. lol car got hit, spun into a curb where it stopped. IT all happened so fast i really dont know more then that. haha. It was scarry, and when i got about and looked at the car i erally didnt know what to do, i just couldnt stand to see my car like that. this car was everything to me, it was me. haha. Now that i've had time to think about it, its just a car, its replacable. Im ok and thats the biggest thing.

Big thanks to all my HFD homies, and just the scion community for showing there love and support, and offering there help an anyway. I love u guys, and u really have become my family (no homo :D)

HFD Wednesday Meet

Hit up the weekly HFD meet last night. Good time as always, and I actually remembered my camara this time. Haha. Anyway here are some pics. Oh, and sorry some of the pics arnt too clear, I've been trying to shoot on manual settings latley to improve my skills. Its working, but sometimes I dont get the best shots. haha oh well.

So I was totally shocked when I saw Heinz there, every time I'm there he's not, and vise versa. So this was like wow, I had to take a pic. Beto's face is great too. Hahahah.

So the manager checks us out at the counter, and I start talkin to her, and some how convince her to give me the season salt for free, under the condition that I come back sometime. HAHA! But now I have something to remember Bob's by.

Raised the front of my car like 3/4 inch or so. Its temp, untill i fix the rubbing probs. haha. With my next paycheck I will hopefuly be getting new tires and an alingment, oh and lower before the alingment. haha which means i need a skid plate. lol. And the next time i get time off work i wanna really go at these fenders. haha

Ok! So, yesterday around 5 i went to meet Mike from bB Squad to pick up some spacers from him. (Also, i forgot my cam, so no real pics...haha) Anyway, my 1 1/2" or 38mm spacers.

Ok so this is where the fun starts, and i have no pics. haha. So i went to the mall and chilled till Ryan got home, then i went to his place to install the spacers. So we do one side, its bad. Its sitting on the tire, looks perfectly flush...for someone on air. haha. so i stuck the metal bar from the jack in there and pulled it a little, and pulled it with my hands as well. Then i took a lap around his neighborhood and it was rubbing REALLY bad, so i pulled it even more, made the dent worse. But the rubbing stopped. So we did the other side, and it just needed a little pull with my hands. haha. Ok, so I figured I'm all good. So we start drivin to the meet, and im rubbing the whole way there, but i dont care the music is up i dont hear it. haha i can smell it tho...It was bad. By the time i got to the meet, which was a 10 min drive, my door was covered in rubber, my tire was close to exploding, the paint was bubbling from the heat, like a bubble bigger then a quarter. haha. The smell was horrible, and wow it was just baaaaaad. haha So anyway i wasnt about to leave it and drive home like that because i knew i couldnt make it. So i started pullin on it with my hands, then Adam came over with his tool bag and i started messin with things.

So then i got tired and agravated and walked away, Todd and some people asked if they could help, and before i knew it there was a crowd around my car and Todd was goin to town with some vice grips. haha. So i came back to fender rapeage...But whatever it made enough clearence to get home.

Ok it gets worse from there. HA! Im drivin home. The drivers side still rubs, but just bearly. Thanks Todd. haha. But the passenger side is BAD! So im in the canyon like half way home, and i decide to pull over. While im lookin fer a somewhat level place to go off the road i hit a chunk of asphult and bust my lip, again. Lmao. So i pull over and pull the shit outta my fender on the side of the road, which almost makes my side skirt fall off. So at that point i wasnt happy with my decisions or the car. but whatever.

So when i got off work today I decided to see what i could do to make em better, because i have 2 plans with em. Either get new ones. Or make custom mini flares, with what i have, just smoothe it out.

Here it is before i worked on it at all.

I love the way these 2 pics came out, Even tho there like the same. haha. Oh and i raised the car like half inch too. well the front. But imma prolly go another half inch, at least while im workin on the fender and such, i dont wanna rub really bad, on these horrible tires, or mess up the fender anymore.

100th Post!!! All about my car too!

Alright so we made it to 100 posts! YAY MEE! Hahah. Anyway, Its time to step up this blog, keep it current, and going. So from here on out expect some more awesomeness. haha.

Alright so its been a while since i've shown anyone an update of my car, so here we go. Starting from where I left off.

First here's a dope song to listen to while u read my ramblings

Back to the car! Picking up where I last left off. I sold the sportmax, bought the BBS RA, sent the off to polishing, and I rode around like this fer about 2-3 weeks.

Then I got the RA's back July 10th. HUGE thanks to Indy, and his uncle fer helpin me out and gettin these done and lookin awesome. Some pics from that night.

After that I got the tires mounted, went to throw em on, and ran into some problems. the fronts went on alright. But the rears, the center of the wheel, idk what to call it, but the wheel it self is too thick. So the stock studs wouldnt clear, and I couldnt get a lug nut on them. Which kinda dissapointed me, because I was soo excited to see my new wheels on the car, and lookin good. Plus this was a day before i was driving like 300 miles fer a week long camping trip, so I really needed the new tires. (the ones on the steelies were beyond bald) ha. Anyway so I put the fronts on, and have been rollin like this fer about a week.

Really like this picture. Ohh, also, because im sure you'll notice, I buckeled the fender...Again. :facepalm: Hahaha. I was pulling it so it would like up with the bumper, and SNAP that happened. Oh well its not tooooo bad.

Saturday night, I ordered these, so I can finally mount the rear wheels

So those should be here tomorrow, or wednesday. Also, I'm picking up some 38mm (1 1/2") spacers wednesday, so I can ditch the hella sunken look up front. From there I'll pick up what ever size hub spacers i need to fill the rear fenders, and make it look decent with the front. haha. Well thats it for now. More pics to come, when I get everything together.

Hahaha. Long time no talk! Anyway my computer died a while back, and i just finally got everything sorted out. Anyway I have a lot of catching up to do. So i'll start with one of the projects i've been working on for a while. Thats Codey's car' I worked on it fer like 2-3 weeks, and he took it home like 2 weeks ago, when everyone came up for tech day. haha. anyway i'll let the pics to the talkin :D

Took some stuff apart was about ready to start workin. haha

Then busted out the hood, and started on the fender.

Yesterday was the bi-weekly 6 flags meet. Its sad its getting smaller and smaller. guess imma have to do a better job at advertizing it because its been big before, and there is deff interest in it. Idk we'll see how next one is.

Alright so to us what looked like happened, was the RSX braked for something, got rear ended by the solora, then spun into the saturn in the backround, then the black surbabn braked hard because of what happened, then the blue civic hit him. its funny the surbaban had a few scratched on it, and thats it. look at the blue civic...its dead :/ nothing compares to the rsx tho. :( It was a nice car too! Luckley everyone was alright, we actually talked to the guys that were in the RSX, It coulda been way worse.

Ok, sooo. Had a full day to say the least. hahah. So started the day with a fail. I was supposed to meet a guy in palmdale at 11 to sell some s13 parts to him. I wake up, check my phone. Its 11:15 F*********CK!!! i hav elike 5 new messages one of them is from him like 2 min ago saying he's there. so anyway i totally failed on that one. So whatever, i move on with my day.

Soo, now im like well Codey is gunna drop off his car today while at work i have to move the s13 to make room. Failed at that too. haha. Started up easy, drove and failed. I'll let the video do the rest of the talking. hahaha

So today was HellaFlush5. It was an epic event, and i had an amazing time. Big thanks to all the guys i rolled down and back with, the random people i chilled with all through the event, and the people that actually threw the event. haha

Anyway. Time for pics :D

Left my place at about 6. Was at Raj's at like 6:35 or something. We were supposed to meet everyone at Taco Bell down the street at 6:45, and Raj and Chris were no where near ready. Hahah. So I cruised down to Taco Bell my self, and there were like 2 people waiting there. So like a half hour later everyone showed up and we rolled out.

Prob one of my fave s13's around, I've seen it online a million times, but never thought i'd see it in person.

Then got split up cuz Raj got pulled over, so i ended up rollin in with these guys. haha

About 5-6 turns into it Raj pulls over and tells us to keep going so we do. Now its just me and chris. Idk where the other guys went. So chris and i were runnin hard when we could, and we came to the end, pulled over, and waited lilke 10 min or so for them to join us. They didnt :/ So we all hop in my car and go lookin for them. We find Raj and s13 dude (name fail) on the side of the road like 6 turns into the canyon. Come to find out Raj's bimmer over heated and wasnt coolin down. After waiting a while for it to cool a little bit, we bled the coolin system, and there was a lot of air in there, so that was the problem. lol and yup! That was my day. Lol. Overall an awesome super fun day. Quite long but i enjoyed every bit of it.

Started up the S13 today only to find a bad coolent leak. So i found both my hoses were shot, and the radiator was full of some nasty stuff. haha. So i dained the rad, pulled the hoses off, and pulled out the rad completly! Silicone hoses here I come :D

Some other parts i had to take out. One being the temp control valve thinggy. which wasnt hooked up, and i cant hook it back up, it was also half eaten away by rust. Guess its time for a junk yard run. lol

Well the weather sucked today, and I had to work at 4. But i did pick up some RTV, oil, and a new filter today. Gettin ready to do work tomorrow! Im finally done driving my mom's jeep. haha! Although i did have fun in it. Like trying to get it dirty, using every excuse i could to get it off road :D and having some RWD fun. well as much as i could in a low powered auto SUV. LMAO

Fenders and hood are painted yesterday. Hood was buffed today and looks sexyyyy. There sitting in my room right now. Lol. Imma clean everything else really good tomorrow like the car, try to get all the oil off the bottom of the car. possibly mount the fenders and hood depending on weather. And we'll see when i get the oil pan, but if i get it tomorrow i still need to buy oil and a gasket or some RTV or something. Which might have to wait till friday cuz thats when i get paid! Hahaha

I did use a plastic welder on one of the bumper tabs that hooks to the headlight. cuz mine was dead and thats one of the few things actually holding my bumper on :facepalm: But i got it way stronger, so im hoping my bumper will sit better on the car now.

Alright. Fun story. So yesterday it was my grandma, and uncle's birthday. So we went to the Odessey around 11. Then around 1 i had to leave for work, so im drivin down the driveway and come around a turn and BAM BAM! the car bounces around and im like ughhh. I look back wondering what I hit. Some tree roots had pushed up the asphault, and i didnt see it untill it was too late. haha. but whatever i kept driving cuz everything seemed fine. So i get to work at like 2. Then around 7 one of the other workers came in and was like ur car is leaking tranny fluid. Im like WTF? Noo u suuuuuure its not oil. So after some back and forth we walk outside to see this.

FAIL! Epic fail!

So my dad came to pick me up when my shift was over, and i left the car there for the night. After work at like 2 today we came back to tow the car home.

Then I remembered my car was supposed to be painted tomorrow. Epic fail! But i decided to take the fenders and hood off and paint em off the car. less masking anyway. haha

Mini Tech Day At JC's

Yup, so i went down to JC's today to chill, and he was gunna help me get a job. lol. but i show up and there are like 5 cars there. im like wtf? Sweet! haha! so i take pics and we work on some cars.

Then we spent hours trying to get JC's rear megans on. omg took WAY to long. Mainly cuz will wanted to do it his way, and i wanted to do it my way. so we didnt work together very well. lol. on top of that we had to take it apart 3 times because jc didnt think it was low enough. (even tho i told him to start with them maxed out, which is where we ended up. haha)

In and hopefully the spring will settle and give him a little bit more of drop. because this is one of the 2 rings removed on the pertches, and the other one is maxed out. If not the whole pertch is comming out. hehehe. Somewhere in here i also rolled his fears a little bit more. Maybe pulled em. idk he was sketched about me doing fender work with a bat. HA

Then JC and i went to Santa Clarita so i could turn in my job app. and i needed gas, and we all know pics ftw

Then we went to see a movie, but nothing was playing at a time anywhere close. so we played some video games at the arcade then left. but i snapped a few pics in the parking garage first. I woulda went to the top level and had some real photo fun, but there were speed bumps all the way up and i had enough trouble getting over the one i didnt wanna deal with more. hahaha

Then we went and got some ice cream cuz we were bored. lol. Is it me or does JC's look like a bowl of crap that was snowed on?

So i walked outside to start working and my cat was just chillin on my dads car lol

Then after bondo, and LOTS of sanding i got what i wanted. (Dont let the pics fool you. its perfectally smoothe. trust me. haha)

6 Flags Meet 5-16-10

Meet was small. Started off super borring with just carl, rachel, and me. But then it got better as more people showed up. which is what usually happens. haha!

Sooo after like 10 min i was bored and brought out the r/c. the bumper was being awesome and getting rapped. haha

Then something came loose and i had to stop driving it :( So i took a few more pics of the increadable turn out

Then we got REALLY bored and went into a random "gallery" which turned out to be a lame (and SUPER expensive) furniture store. hahaha

Then the dude (totally forgot ur name. i fail) in the clean ass hatchi showed up

Then i went to subway and got a sandwich. the sad part, is i love there Italian herb and cheese bread. Last meet they were out of it, and they were out of it again. WTF?! So i tried something new, flatbreat. it turned out pretty good!

And a coooookie rachel bought :D

Then mondo came by fer like 2 min. lol

Then the guy in the hatchi left, and i got bored so this happened on carls wheels

The Albert, JC and Philip showed up and the fun started. haha

Then a meat ball fell outta JC's sandwich but he still wanted it. so he ate the top part that hadent touched the ground. even tho it totally rolled :P

Then my cam died :( But the guy in the hatchi came back with his prelude friend (forgor ur name too. FAIL!) But good times fersure. lots of laughs. thanks to you all for supporting the meet. hopefully next month its a better turn out.

Some Fun

Ok so half of it isnt really fun more of fail. lol oh well!

So i was driving home today, hit the ground doing like 60, in a spot ive never hit before. so i was kinda like wtf? But what ever. After that my car was making a HORRIBLE scraping noise every time i hit the smallest bump or turned right. so at this point i had my guard up and was like wtf is happening. but what ever i was 10 min from home. scrapped bad again in a sport i never scrape. (both times were on the passenger side btw) so im really trippin now. but i know im close to home so i keep going. im cool untill i get in my neighborhood and i hear the same scrapping noise reallllllly bad and almost constant. so i pull over and look under my car. I find that one of the stupid little cross bars was hanging on my one bolt instead of 2. LOL FAIL! so what ever i get home go to jack the car up. throw it on 2 peices of wood (like normal) and the jack dosent fit. WTF? ok 3 peices of wood. jack fits now. then i see my tire and its like SUPER low. Now im starting to tie everything together. The tire was low, which lowered that side of the car, making me scrape, and break the bolt to the cross bar. I get it! So after a quick facepalm and a few curse words i take the wheel off to inspect the damage. tire was off and i found this

Luckily it'll be an easy cheap fix.

Then i looked at the cross bar so i could take it off. haha

The car in SUPER fail mode. Hood's wet sanded ready for paint, fenders are color sanded ready to be belnded, and i fixed all the paint chips on them too haha

Plactic welded my grille since the epoxy wasnt holding. lol. its getting closer and closer to being done. yay!

Sanded it down trying to get it as smoothe as possible before the filler goes on

Tire should be fixed tomorrow or something. car should be all one color monday or tuesday. ugh im so ready for that. haha car looks like aidz right now

Crazy Awesome Weekend

Alright! So this weekend was awesome!!!!!!!! It started friday (yes im including friday in the weekend. haha) But nick and i went rock clombing with Rachel and her dad in the valley, off Topanga. It was a blast! Great place to climb, really cool enviroment, and it was just awesome. lol anyway. pics!

Then around 9 we went to casey's where we had a lil BBQ, and i stayed the night. (i totally forgot to take pics there. lol facepalm)

Broken Status

Right now my car looks like ass, but hey lets go to TORC! Wooo facepalm. Haha, oh well nothing i can do at thig point. But like a week ago i started reparing the hood in my auto body class. Annnnnnd its not going to be finished for torc. fail. but its primered so thats cool i guess. lol.

i also lowered the rear of the car yesterday. as i was leaving for school this morning, i thought to my self. Im screwed. because i was rubbing driving on flat road. FAIL! So i drove to school, peices of rubber flying off my tires as i drove. every time i came to a stop i could smell the tires burning. but i couldnt do anything at this point. so after school i came back home and found that the paint on my fenders was burning off the car. awesome! so i pormptly took a sledge hammer to the fender and now it dosent rub. although it does look like this. more fail

then i threw my fogs i got from JC in. there not hooked up because i havent bought the relay or switch yet. but i wanted to see what they look like. haha
